LISTEN HERE FOR THE PRAYER
The 23rd Psalm, 4th verse says “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” The darkest valley is the test, is the challenge, is the obstacle, is the enemy, is the opportunity to stand strong. In Exodus 14:13 “Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today.”
We stand firm in resilience today.
We stand strong in peace today.
We stand strong in prosperity today.
We stand strong in favor today.
The Deuteronomist says Do not be afraid of them; the Lord your God himself will fight for you.” (3:22)
We move ourselves out of God’s way today and watch as God demonstrates our victory through new strength, determination and courage.
Joshua (1:9) said Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
The Psalmist says in Psalm 118:6 – “The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid.”
Proverbs 3:24 “When you lie down, you will not be afraid.”
The angel told Mary in Luke 1:30, “angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God.” We unite ourselves in favor today – no longer doubting but believing; no longer worrying but trusting; no longer complaining but triumphing; no longer sinning in the appearances but standing firm in the deliverance of Spirit that blesses us without ceasing.
In John 14:27, Jesus said “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
We accept this peace today. We wash our HANDS in it. We anoint ourselves in it. We wrap peace around every pain, every sickness, every appearance, EVERY DISEASE, EVERY CORONA VIRUS HERE AND YET TO BE HERE, EVERY PLAGUE, EVERY HATRED, AND EVERY SUFFERING, AND WE STAND ON IT, WE LOVE, HEAL AND MAKE WHOLE THROUGH IT – realizing that like love, peace, too, is God. We dress in peace. We receive God’s good in peace. We let it bless our rooms and our workplaces. We stand firm in peace. And we past the test – seeing our miracles, WE SEE HEALTH, WE SEE WHOLENESS, WE SEE THIS THING LEAVING IN THE SAME MANNER IN WHICH IT HAS COME.
