The Bible says in Matthew 28 that  “[a}fter the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.  There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.  The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.'”
The angel told the women, “do not be afraid for I know that HE HAS RISEN.”

If you want to understand it scientifically, well, WE CAN SAY JESUS formed a spiritual zone with the earth’s atmosphere.  If you want to think about it theologically, YOU CAN SAY WELL JESUS was crucified, died and buried, but on this day, rose again.  If you want to ponder about it historically, YOU CAN SAY well some say there was an earthquake and when they went in the tomb burial linens were all that remained.  If you want to marshal it metaphysically, YOU CAN SAY well – HE LIVES in the spiritual ethers of this world, and HE IS in constant contact with those who raise their thoughts to HIS vibration.  But FOR me — the only thing I need is to feel IN my heart, know in my mind, and embrace with my soul — that I know Jesus, and that Jesus’ story — is my story beloved you see,  ’cause Jesus lives in me. . . .
