THE POWER OF PRAYER

The acronym of P-R-A-Y-E-R means:
We can PAUSE here and now.
We can RELEASE the past.
We can AFFIRM our greatness.
We can YIELD to divine inheritance.
We can EXPECT the best.
We can REALIZE our oneness.

P- PAUSE to claim your power

In the 48th Psalm, the 9th Verse, the Psalmist says “Within your temple, O God, we meditateĀ on your unfailing love.”
There is power in our pause.

R – RELEASE the past

There is no past.
Time seems to be linear, but it is a construct.
When you reach the end of time, A Course in Miracles says “it will roll up like a long carpet spread along the past behind you and will disappear.”

A- AFFIRM your greatness

In John 14:12, Jesus says “whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these.”

Y- YIELD to your divine inheritance

We are rulers, creators, innovators, miracle-makers, appreciators, manifesters, givers, healers, unlimited children of God.

E- EXPECT the best

Give thanks as though your good has already taken place. Gratitude is a catalyst of change.

R- REALIZE your oneness

In John 14:20, Jesus says “I am in the Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.” There is no separation between all that we are, and all that Spirit is. Our ultimate goal is the realization of AT-ONE-MENT.
