The Grace of Miracles – Part 5 – “Spirit Abides in Us”

“There is no absence or separation in God.
God’s omnipresence is your omnipresence.
In spirit and in truth you can never for one instant be separated from the life activity of God.”

“Were the person to pray not for things—not for his life, or what he should eat or drink, but pray for a realization of the nature of the kingdom of God—then all these things would be added unto him from within the divine Consciousness which is his own being.”

“No one has access to the inner sanctuary of his being, his inner consciousness, except through the listening ear. Meditation is the practice of listening for this still small voice, creating within one’s self practically a vacuum in which the presence of God can announce Itself.”

Humanity has strayed from home; our life is lived from a state that believes we are separate from God. The only place this seems to exist is within our beliefs, and these beliefs are maintained by the ego thought system. It is our relinquishment of this belief of separation that enables us to know we are created in the image and likeness of God.

The Holy Spirit is the spirit of joy. The mind had no calling until the separation, because before that it had only being, and would not have understood the Call to right thinking. The Holy Spirit is God’s Answer to the separation; the means by which the Atonement heals until the whole mind returns to creating.
